Platform Monitoring & Maintenance:
- Proactively monitor the health, performance, and throughput of Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management (APIM), Event Grid, and Azure Data Factory.
- Hands-on experience with Nodinite (dashboard configuration, log views, tracking) is highly preferred.
Incident & Problem Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve integration failures, message bottlenecks, and data synchronization issues using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Strong root-cause analysis skills to diagnose failures in distributed systems.
Access & Security Compliance:
- Maintain secure connections by managing Managed Identities, Microsoft Entra ID permissions, API keys, and SSL/TLS certificates.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, and RBAC principles.
Deployment Support:
- Assist with the deployment of integration artifacts across environments (Dev, Test, Prod) using Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Basic experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and PowerShell or Azure CLI.
