Senior Recruiter (Executive Search)

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our mission of building world-class talent pipelines in the highly competitive quant space. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across C-level/executive roles. You’ll bring a deep understanding of executive search, leverage your existing network, and drive full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-bar environment. Key Responsibilities include owning the full recruitment lifecycle for C-level/executive roles, partnering with hiring managers, proactively sourcing high-caliber candidates, managing pipelines, and representing the company at industry events.
