Role Overview:
- Ensure effectiveness of personnel within the business unit to achieve strategic goals.
- Manage staffing, ensuring the right number of employees complete probation successfully.
- Foster engagement and retention, creating a motivating work environment.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar HR BP/HRD role in an international digital/product company.
- Ability to implement HR processes: hiring, onboarding, training, succession planning, termination, performance evaluation.
- Capable of managing payroll budget, turnover, engagement, and loyalty with operational C&B and analytics experience.
