About the Role:
- The Director of SDET owns the quality engineering vision and strategy for the organization.
- This role involves leading AI adoption in quality engineering, including building or integrating AI/ML-based testing tools.
- You will mentor SDET managers and leads, and partner with executive leadership to align quality goals.
Requirements:
- 15+ years in software testing/quality engineering, including 5+ years in a Director or senior engineering leadership role.
- Deep expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, RestAssured) and languages (Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms, with hands-on experience in AI/ML-based testing tools.
