Job Description

The Client Development Associate role is critical for the Company and our continued growth trajectory, prospecting and nurturing leads to drive revenue. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings with the Director of Client Development and closing customers, achieving a sales target consistently. This role involves ownership and accountability of the sales funnel, improving lead flow efficiently. You will build scalable best practices for the New Business Development team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience in business development at a Fintech company or RIA, demonstrating credibility and trustworthiness. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is knowledge of CRM systems. A Series 65 license is required. Key attributes include sales integrity, a quantitative sales mindset, and the ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
