Job Description
As a Senior Solutions Consultant - Partner SC, you will be the pinnacle of Solution Consulting expertise at LivePerson, driving strategic engagements and serving as a thought leader within the industry and our partner network. This role is a hybrid between a Solutions Consultant and a Sales Engineer, focusing on architectural design, technical strategy, enablement, and sales execution within the technology sector. You will partner closely with Solution Consultants, Sales Executives, Sales Leaders, Account Managers, and Professional Services teams to influence and secure the most strategic accounts and business initiatives along with our partners.
You will architect and deliver demonstrations,build and present sophisticated demos showcasing LivePersonβs core platforms, including Conversational Cloud, Conversational AI, Voice AI, and Conversational Analytics, integrating key partner technologies. Develop Sales Strategies, collaborate with sales teams to strategize on winning opportunities, architect innovative solutions, and ensure seamless product integration into customer infrastructures. Provide Technical Expertise, act as a subject matter expert (SME) across LivePersonβs product suite, offering technical and industry insights to internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Partner Relations) and customers. you will lead strategic proposals and negotiations with extensive authority and domain expertise.
