Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary coordination bridge between implementation teams and client business, finance, operations, data, security, and technical stakeholders.
- Communicate project decisions, updates, risks, and action items across agency and contractor teams.
- Track open items and pending decisions to prevent impacts to project timelines.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting federal program delivery, implementation coordination, or PMO support.
- Experience coordinating across business, technical, client, and contractor stakeholder groups.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting OneStream, ERP, EPM, or financial management initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid Agile, or traditional project delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of project management tools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
