Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning and facilitation for a multi-stakeholder technology evaluation program, including Technical Committee meetings, program director check-ins, and annual innovation planning sessions.
  • Design and run high-visibility offsites and workshops, from agenda-setting through stakeholder engagement and executive briefing prep.
  • Turn meeting outcomes into clear, actionable summary reports and strategic communications.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience coordinating with federal agencies and national laboratories.
  • Strong ability to deliver time-sensitive deliverables in complex environments.
