Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning and facilitation for a multi-stakeholder technology evaluation program, including Technical Committee meetings, program director check-ins, and annual innovation planning sessions.
- Design and run high-visibility offsites and workshops, from agenda-setting through stakeholder engagement and executive briefing prep.
- Turn meeting outcomes into clear, actionable summary reports and strategic communications.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience coordinating with federal agencies and national laboratories.
- Strong ability to deliver time-sensitive deliverables in complex environments.
