Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain integrated work plans across task areas including paid media campaign planning, organic digital and social media strategy, partner engagement, event planning, and performance metrics reporting.
  • Work closely with logistics coordinators and subject matter specialists to sequence activities effectively and execute on schedule.
  • Support development of campaign strategies, meeting agendas, and planning documents.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years related experience with a bachelor's degree in communications, public health, marketing, or public administration.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement integrated work plans in close collaboration with government clients or senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and track dependencies.
