Job Description

As a Presales Engineer, the mission is to provide strategic technical advisory to prospects, customers, and Rossumers, instrumental in securing sales wins. The role involves taking ownership of the customer’s technical journey through the sales cycle, analyzing customer needs, running discovery sessions and demonstrations, and implementing end-to-end proofs of concept. This position bridges the gap between the GTM organization and the technical teams, influencing product development by providing strategic feedback and implementing ad hoc solutions that may evolve into product features. The responsibilities include leading in-depth technical discovery, delivering compelling presentations and demos, explaining complex technical concepts, tackling technical challenges, and collaborating with various teams to provide customer feedback. The ideal candidate should have experience in a customer-facing role with a strong track record in technical discovery and solution design, be technically savvy, and have experience with AI, finance, logistics, or ERP systems. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential.
