Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and diagnose infrastructure issues, responding to alerts independently or with DevOps.
  • Create and improve monitoring rules and perform basic DevOps tasks.
  • Document all processes and participate in on-duty shifts.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of Technical Support experience.
  • Knowledge of Linux, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, and version control systems.
  • B2+ English and fluent Ukrainian language.
