Key Responsibilities:
- Develop protocols to identify trust-breaching experiences and recommend response strategies.
- Transform policy into action through SOPs, response scripts, and tracking systems.
- Establish monitoring processes for trust incidents and report to leadership.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 10 years' relevant experience in Safety & Trust, with at least 3 years in program design and implementation.
- At least 5 years of experience hiring and managing front-line teams for escalations and disputes.
- Strong background in designing and scaling dispute resolution processes from the ground up.
