Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle and adapt the workflow to client requirements.
- Source potential candidates through online channels.
- Conduct phone and video interviews and selection procedures.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in international environments.
- Knowledge or some level of exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Job conditions:
- 1 year contract with potential for renewal.
- 40h per week, from Monday to Friday.
- Salary : 18.500€ grossyear + performance bonus
