Job Description

Support With Coverage’s growth team through prospecting, outreach, and coordination tasks. Working closely with a lean and collaborative team, you'll directly assist the Growth Vertical Lead in driving deal pipeline and nurturing prospects. This role is well-suited for candidates with experience in sales operations, marketing support, or outbound prospecting—especially those with strong written communication skills and keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Growth Lead’s inbox and draft thoughtful outreach and follow-up emails to potential leads by learning our unique tone and communication standards. Prospect and identify target leads based on ideal customer profiles (ICP) using LinkedIn and other tools. Assist with setting up and executing email campaigns and event invites. Maintain and update lead data in CRM (HubSpot) and tracking systems. Coordinate with team members to ensure alignment on prospecting goals. Support growth initiatives (event planning, identifying warm referrals, recruiting) and maintain accurate tracking of progress and KPIs.
