Job Description
Program Management:
- Design onboarding programs for Account Managers and Customer Success Managers globally.
- Develop skill-development sessions targeting excellence in the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Leadership, and Product Marketing to align on initiatives.
Coaching & Enablement:
- Provide coaching to enhance performance in relationship management and strategy.
- Lead call reviews to boost effectiveness in planning and engagement.
- Drive adoption of playbooks to ensure consistent customer engagement.
Content & Resources:
- Build and maintain enablement content and resources for Account Manager and Customer Success Manager roles.
- Tailor talk tracks, success plans, templates, and playbooks to AM and CSM roles.
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align content.
