Responsibilities:
- Own a critical product segment and contribute to architecture, code review, and technical execution.
- Report to the VP of Product Delivery and collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering leads.
- Uplift the team through structured feedback, regular 1:1s, and a culture of high ownership.
Technical Requirements:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience building full stack web applications and data-intensive platforms.
- 2+ years in an engineering management role with a track record of shipping complex projects.
- Strong technical depth in React/TypeScript, Node.js or Go, and BigQuery or large-scale data warehousing.
Culture and Preferences:
- Thrive at the intersection of technical depth and team leadership in a high-growth environment.
- Demonstrate product sense and the ability to drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
- Experience with AI tools and building AI-powered product features is a strong plus.
