Director of Sales Operations and Strategy

Lead a team that partners with our Global Client Solutions (GCS) and Global Agency Development (GAD) teams. GCS is our cross-functional sales team including KarmaLab (Creative Strategy), Marketing Science (Measurement), Product Adoption, and Sales & Partner Enablement. GAD focuses on partnerships among the largest six holding companies and their agencies. You will set the strategy and vision for the team responsible for building and executing core processes, such as business planning, reporting, and ongoing business operations management. Collaborate with sales, sales finance, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders on strategic operational projects designed to increase sales productivity and operational efficiency.
