Senior Manager, Mid-Market Sales

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–8 Account Executives.
• Drive performance through structured onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Hire, develop, and retain talent within the sales team.

Sales and Pipeline Management:

• Drive revenue by scaling best practices and optimizing go-to-market execution.
• Own team pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
• Achieve sales targets as assigned and contribute to predictable revenue outcomes.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Contribute strategic insights to positioning solutions in the HR/Benefits market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive new pipeline and wins.
