IT Systems & Operations Manager

The IT Systems & Operations Manager will be responsible for laptop and equipment lifecycle management, access and identity management, security and compliance, troubleshooting and support, inventory, SaaS and vendor management, endpoint and device management, onboarding and offboarding automation, process and policy development, business continuity and recovery, continuous improvement, and collaboration with other teams. Applicants should have 5+ years of experience in IT management or systems administration, experience designing and implementing IT processes, strong expertise in device lifecycle management and security best practices, and experience with cloud-based productivity suites and endpoint management tools.
