Job Description
As the Global Cloud Operations Center Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for cloud related customers’ matters. Working in squads supporting 2nd and 3rd line support you will manage the ticket lifecycle within the ecosystem (initial categorization and diagnosis, troubleshooting, proper ticket escalation).
You will deliver professional service to meet customer expectations, effectively manage backlog within support queues, and keep clear communication between users and engineers. Furthermore, you will manage out of office hours engineer support and contribute to Nordcloud’s internal community, fostering continuous development, improving processes, and scaling systems with 24/7 shift pattern support.
The successful candidate is expected to go through a security clearance.
