Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our team. As a TAM, you will act as the main technical advisor for our strategic clients, helping them maximize value from our solutions, ensuring smooth product adoption, and driving ongoing success through expert-level guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities include serving as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise customers, providing technical support, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role also involves becoming a product expert, coordinating with internal teams, identifying support request trends, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. You will also help with onboarding, recommend solutions to meet customer objectives, check system health, provide technical reviews, and advocate for customer needs.
