Motor Recoveries Handler

About the role:

• Manage non-fault motor claims from end to end, identifying and quantifying damages and recovering costs.
• Maximize recovery opportunities from third parties, insurers, or agents while ensuring professional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Take ownership of assigned claims, manage workload proactively, and meet service level agreements.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and third-party agents to settle claims quickly and favorably.
• Maintain accurate records of all recovery efforts, including communications and payments.

Skills and experience:

• Prior experience in debt recovery or claims management is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills required.
