Core Responsibilities:

- Guide patients through the intake process with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare, medical, or call center environment.
- Knowledgeable in medical terminology, insurance verification, or prior authorization.
- HIPAA-aware and committed to confidentiality and compliance.
