What you will own:
- Working with customers on real deployments to understand post-pilot impact.
- Collaborating with partners to ensure agents reach and land in their accounts.
- Creating systematized playbooks for deployment, measurement, and scaling.

Qualifications:
- BS/BA in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in product management or equivalent, with principal-level judgment.
- Ability to simplify complex systems and bring order to messy situations.
