Accountabilities:
- Oversee Senior Managers and Client Services Managers to deliver excellent client service, ensuring teams meet daily expectations.
- Conduct routine outreach to support client retention and satisfaction, and provide comprehensive updates to management regarding client activity.
- Support new product implementations and client onboarding processes, and assist in client presentations and renewals as necessary.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field (equivalent experience accepted) with a minimum of 5 years servicing health plan clients or similar.
- Have at least 3 years of management experience, proficiency in Microsoft 365 CRM software preferred, and strong MS Office skills required.
- Demonstrate excellent project management abilities, proven experience in hiring and training high-performance teams, and strong judgment and delegation skills.
