Mission:
- Make Morpho the home of the best vault products in DeFi by owning the Vaults vertical end to end.
- Set strategy for working with a rapidly growing ecosystem of external vault providers.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive product roadmap for Morpho Vaults, from application layer to protocol.
- Build and run customer research programs across trading desks, institutional clients, curators, and depositors.
- Collaborate with protocol team to identify goals for next-generation vault protocol.
What Success Looks Like:
- First month: Engage deeply with curators, vault infrastructure providers, and depositors to understand the vault landscape.
- First 3 months: Design and ship roadmap items that materially grow vault deposits.
- Articulate a clear strategy for external vault providers and grow shared dealflow.
