Role:

  • The mission is to bring enterprise accounts onto Morpho, targeting neobanks, fintechs, and exchanges.
  • You own the full cycle from prospecting to go-live and ramp up of integration.
  • This is a new business acquisition role focused on finding core infrastructure partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a pipeline: map, qualify, and activate key accounts like Stripe, Revolut, NuBank.
  • Coordinate internally across Solutions, Product, Legal, and Risk to run point on deals.
  • Close deals by running the full commercial and product cycle, including negotiation and onboarding.

Must-Have Experience & Skills:

  • +6 years of experience closing large integrations or GTM deals with wallets, exchanges, or fintechs.
  • Strong cross-team coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex orgs and earn trust from decision-makers.
  • Comfortable owning a commercial cycle end to end. Grit and speed measured on closes.
