Core Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for CRM and surrounding platforms (marketing automation, sales engagement, support).
- Define target-state data model and system-of-record boundaries for merchant, customer, and pipeline data.
- Serve as the single owner of CRM prioritization across functions, partnering with a dedicated Salesforce team.
What You Bring:
- 6+ years in revenue operations, GTM systems, or CRM strategy with deep working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Experience owning a CRM roadmap, major implementation, or platform migration end to end.
- Ability to build business cases and drive platform decisions with executive stakeholders.
Work Environment:
- Primarily remote with extended periods of sitting and computer work; flexibility to adjust to different time zones.
- Restaurant tech, POS, or marketplace background preferred; bilingual English/Chinese a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range between $130k and $160k, plus flexible PTO, paid parental leave, and comprehensive insurance.
