Key Responsibilities:

  • You own the reliability and coherence of the GTM tech stack, mapping systems, auditing workflows, and building integrations to reduce friction.
  • You maintain a living tech stack roadmap, evaluate new tools, and ensure data fidelity across CRM, marketing automation, and support platforms.
  • You build reporting infrastructure and KPI frameworks to give visibility into funnel performance and team activity.

Qualifications:

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations or Revenue Operations, with deep hands-on CRM expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • You have proven ability to document and improve cross-functional workflows and system integrations.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, with a preference for SQL and integration middleware experience.
