Role Overview:

  • The CS Operations Manager will own and scale the systems and data infrastructure that the CS organization runs on.
  • This role drives measurable improvements in retention visibility, operational efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.
  • You will be the operational backbone of the CS team, building processes, explaining numbers, and landing programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the CS tech stack including Salesforce CRM, building automations and maintaining data integrity.
  • Write SQL queries against BigQuery and GTM stack to build reporting layers for leadership.
  • Support renewal motion and partner program operations by designing system automations and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in CS Operations, Revenue Operations, or a technical role with Salesforce and SQL.
  • Proven Salesforce experience building automations and flows; admin certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated SQL capability to pull and manipulate data from GTM stack independently.
