About the Role:

  • Reporting to Stefan Potgieter, Global VP of Customer.
  • Location: UK or EU Remote.
  • This role owns CS systems, processes, and data infrastructure to enable scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Connect and simplify the CS tech stack so data drives action.
  • Build a proactive, scalable health and risk framework.
  • Enable a future low-touch or tech-touch CS model.
  • Equip the CS and AM team with reporting and insight.
  • Own CS process design and adoption.

Who We Look For:

  • 3+ years in CS Ops, RevOps, or Customer Operations in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on Planhat or Gainsight expertise.
  • Experience with systems integration and high-touch to scaled model transition.
  • Strong analytical capability with CS metrics.
  • Practical experience with AI and automation tooling.
