About the Role:
- Reporting to Stefan Potgieter, Global VP of Customer.
- Location: UK or EU Remote.
- This role owns CS systems, processes, and data infrastructure to enable scale.
Responsibilities:
- Connect and simplify the CS tech stack so data drives action.
- Build a proactive, scalable health and risk framework.
- Enable a future low-touch or tech-touch CS model.
- Equip the CS and AM team with reporting and insight.
- Own CS process design and adoption.
Who We Look For:
- 3+ years in CS Ops, RevOps, or Customer Operations in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on Planhat or Gainsight expertise.
- Experience with systems integration and high-touch to scaled model transition.
- Strong analytical capability with CS metrics.
- Practical experience with AI and automation tooling.
