Job Summary:

  • Nextech is looking for a Manager, Customer Experience Business Operations to serve as the operational backbone of the CX organization.
  • This role owns the systems, processes, data, and reporting that enable best-in-class client experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Own the CX Business Operations roadmap and drive operational initiatives.
  • Lead the CX team's data strategy and develop Power BI dashboards.
  • Serve as primary business partner to Salesforce and manage platform operations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years in business operations, revenue operations, or customer success operations.
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.

  • You bring structure to ambiguity and produce clear plans.
