An overview of this role:

  • You will own operational processes and programs supporting the Customer Success Management function.
  • Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales & CX Operations, you partner with CS leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • This role is for a sharp, curious operator who thrives in ambiguity and moves quickly from problem to solution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own core operational cadences including pipeline reviews, customer health reporting, and book of business management.
  • Translate ambiguous questions into clear problem statements and drive resolution through process and systems changes.
  • Partner with Revenue Technology and Analytics to evolve systems and reporting for CSMs.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, consulting, or similar analytical role.
  • Strong critical thinking, structured problem solving, and bias toward execution.
  • Systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills to influence without authority.
