Business Operations Associate

Partner directly with the VP of Operations to identify bottlenecks, solve cross-functional problems, and push high-leverage initiatives over the finish line. Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and clarity, especially in clinical and support operations. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, team performance, and quality metrics across the business. Serve as the go-to expert on core tools like Coda, phone software, and task managers. Own internal knowledge base, updating SOPs, Coda pages, and internal resources to support quality and consistency at scale. Audit task accuracy and process adherence and contribute to strategic initiatives across operations, care, and product.
