Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will define and evolve the portfolio of services in alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals, including services such as manual audits, assistive technology testing, onboarding, and extended expertise offerings that complement our software platform. Align cross-functionally with Service Delivery, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure service descriptions are clear, accurate, and aligned with delivery capabilities. Drive and complete the full end to end product development process from discovery through to implementation and launch. Leverage quantitative and qualitative research techniques to understand user needs. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
