The role:
- This is not a traditional marketing engineering role; you will sit inside the growth team and use software, AI, data, APIs, automation, and product mechanics to build new ways for Eon to reach the right customers.
- As the first Growth Engineer, you will have significant ownership over what gets built and tested, creating the foundation for a larger growth team.
What you'll do:
- Build Eon's growth engine by identifying and building AI and automation use cases, connecting data across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and the website.
- Build free tools, calculators, and technical resources that target customers actually want to use, and experiment with referral and product-led mechanics.
What you bring:
- 3+ years building production software with strong coding skills in Python and/or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks, and SQL.
- Deep experience with AI coding tools, LLM APIs, and a builder mindset focused on shipping quickly.
