Talent Acquisition Associate

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will use job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools to source and attract top talent. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit, you will maintain a pool of potential candidates for future roles (talent pipeline). You will ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will also support initiatives to enhance Flex Living’s employer brand through social media and recruitment campaigns.
