Executive / VIP Business Travel Consultant

About the Role:

• Deliver an elite, seven-star service experience to senior leaders, executives, and high-value corporate clients.
• Manage complex, time-critical itineraries with a strong background in hospitality, premium travel, or luxury customer service.
• Balance premium service delivery with operational KPIs in a fast-paced Executive Care environment.

What Success Looks Like:

• Provide a seamless, proactive, and anticipatory experience for Executive and VIP travellers.
• Act as a trusted advisor, not just a booking agent, managing highly complex travel changes.
• Consistently achieve strong CSAT while meeting productivity and efficiency expectations.

What You’ll Do:

• End-to-end management of Executive and VIP corporate travel, including air, hotel, and ground transport.
• Handle urgent travel disruptions with speed, empathy, and precision across multiple channels.
• Build long-term relationships with Executive travellers through consistent, high-quality service.
