Staff Inbound Product Manager, Manufacturing

Role:

• You will be responsible for defining AI powered CPQ, customer service, and order-to-cash product capabilities.
• You will manage product capabilities from concept to delivery.
• You will ensure capabilities align with customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 10+ years of experience with 5+ years product management experience working on Enterprise SaaS products.
• Deep knowledge of using generative and agentic AI to deliver AI-native experiences.
