Qualifications:

  • 12+ years as a Product Manager, Program Manager, Product Owner, Consultant, or Analyst at a software product company.
  • Customer Experience Visionary: You understand the customer journey landscape, the tools that shape it, and what it takes to build an AI-first culture.
  • AI Fluency: Solid grasp of AI fundamentals, with hands-on knowledge of GenAI and LLMs.
