About the Role:
- This is a partner-level position within a labor and employment law practice, focused on environmental workplace safety.
- You will advise clients on regulatory compliance, permitting, and matters involving the EPA.
What You'll Do:
- Help companies comply with environmental workplace safety regulations.
- Handle permitting matters and respond to EPA challenges.
- Build and serve a client practice through a portable book of business.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 10 years of experience practicing environmental law, with a focus on workplace safety regulations.
- A portable book of business of roughly $500,000 for income partner or $1 million for equity partner.
- Experience at an AmLaw or boutique law firm and a JD from an accredited law school.
Compensation & Location:
- Base salary ranges from $200,000 to $350,000 annually.
- This is a remote role based in the United States.
