About the Role:
- This is a partner-level role in a national labor and employment law practice focused on environmental and workplace safety.
- You will advise organizations on regulatory compliance and represent clients in permitting matters and EPA challenges.
What You'll Do:
- Advise clients on environmental and workplace safety regulations and compliance.
- Handle permitting matters and respond to challenges before the EPA.
- Support clients with legal guidance on environmental workplace safety issues.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 10 years of experience practicing environmental law with a focus on workplace safety.
- Experience with permitting and EPA challenges, plus a JD from an accredited law school.
- An established portable book of business suitable for partner-level placement.
