Benefits

Utilization & Adoption Management:

  • Monitor exam utilization and proactively identify underperforming accounts.
  • Build a customer health scoring framework to prioritize attention and flag at-risk accounts.
  • Partner with Implementation for clean transitions and sustained adoption.

Customer Support & Relationship Management:

  • Serve as Tier 1 support, triaging issues and escalating technical or clinical problems.
  • Plan quarterly business reviews, presenting utilization data, ROI metrics, and recommendations.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders.

Revenue Growth & Expansion:

  • Own the upsell motion expanding locations, adding users, and upgrading service tiers.
  • Systematically identify expansion opportunities, partnering with US BD on enterprise deals.
  • Contribute to pricing feedback based on customer conversations and intelligence.
