This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for someone who can move fluidly between advising, designing, and doing. As the People Operations Manager, you’ll serve as the key People partner to our Australia-based team while collaborating closely with our global People & Culture function. You’ll support leaders and team members through periods of growth and change, help shape and implement our local People systems, and build a strong, people-first foundation that reflects both Australian requirements and Omnidian’s values.
You will serve as a consultative partner to AU leadership and global People team, translating business needs into thoughtful people strategies and org design. Coach managers on team dynamics, growth, and performance conversations while building trust and communication across AU and global teams. You will also build and manage foundational people processes (onboarding, leave, compliance) and own local employment policies and ensure compliance with AU employment law.
You will manage employee relations issues with rigor and empathy and serve as a confidential resource for employees navigating workplace issues, while fostering an inclusive, transparent culture through active feedback loops. You will also represent AU perspectives in global initiatives and decisions.
