Job Description
The Senior Manager, Animal Relocation – Performance and Engagement will lead and support a team of relocation professionals, along with a flex workforce, and will provide all programmatic support for the team. This role involves people management and support, including coaching, providing leadership, and ensuring staff development and engagement, with a focus on productive communication and feedback. It entails administrative and planning tasks like overseeing project information, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
The role also requires outreach and engagement, promoting ASPCA resources and supporting the director's work with partners. Additionally, the manager will support transport management by learning scheduling systems and maintaining knowledge of safety requirements for animal transport. Qualifications include excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a willingness to travel up to 20% annually.
