Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, handling escalations and solving problems to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Possesses 2-4 years of business development experience with a proven track record in leading growth and strategy initiatives.
  • Demonstrates a strategic mindset with experience executing growth strategies and delivering results across various accounts.
  • Exhibits strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal departments and advocate for client needs.

  • This is a remote position requiring the employee to be based in Canada, with flexibility for work in other destinations.
  • The role involves travel for industry events and client meetings, approximately one week per month, including potential weekend travel.
