Job Description
The Sales Operations Analyst, Americas will support the strategy for IDC Sales teams, ensuring effective processes to achieve company objectives and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Sales leadership, creating and managing operational processes like territory planning and target setting, and supporting the annual planning process. This involves proactively developing initiatives to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity, driving rhythm of business through pipeline management and forecasting, and providing insights on key performance metrics. The role also entails providing business analytic strength to drive critical initiatives, developing detailed project plans, and partnering on the implementation of enabling systems and tools, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.
