Job Description

The Account Advisor, Federal and NSS will function as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to customers, responsible for driving long-term account growth, retention, and demonstrable return on investment (ROI) through effective relationship management and operational execution. This role empowers customers to fully leverage the value of Geotab solutions by aligning internal resources, facilitating solution adoption, and delivering data-driven, actionable insights. By integrating customer enablement with sophisticated data engagement strategies, the Account Advisor ensures scalable success, solution loyalty, and continuous improvement across key accounts. Responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, advocating for customer interests, driving operational excellence, and building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Leveraging Geotab's data and analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights, partnering with internal teams, and defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) are also crucial. The role also involves leading implementation strategies to ensure solution stickiness and prevent customer churn and continuously monitoring customer satisfaction to improve the customer experience.
