Job Description
As we continue to grow organically and through acquisitions, we’re seeking a strategic, business-minded Corporate Counsel to join our small but high-impact legal team. As Corporate Counsel, you’ll be a key legal advisor supporting H1’s commercial growth, operational scale, and corporate initiatives. You’ll collaborate across teams to drive deals, ensure compliance, and enable smart, sustainable business decisions. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including SaaS Agreements, DPAs/BAAs, strategic partnership agreements, vendor agreements, and NDAs. You will also advise Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams on legal risks.
