Corporate Counsel

This position reports directly to a senior level managing attorney and is responsible for providing basic legal analysis and advice across a broad range of legal issues of minimal to moderate complexity under general managing attorney supervision to the various functional departments of the company and provides basic legal services as required. This role requires a good working knowledge of common law legal concepts with respect to contract law and general contract drafting procedures. Responsibilities include reviewing and responding to internal commercial contract requests, negotiating terms and conditions, identifying legal issues, and ensuring the accuracy of company contracts. The role also involves assisting with legal responses to customer Request for Proposals and managing corporate entities.
